Sign says car made for a movie called the Big Wheel, starring Mickey Rooney. I have discovered that this car was not actually in this movie, but was in another movie with Mickey Rooney. I'll have to do some hunting and find out which movie that was. This car is no longer in the museum, but was purchased by Mike and Frank on "American Pickers" in an episode from the show. In another episode they get it running and sell it. It was built in the early fifties and powered by a four cylinder Indian motorcycle engine. Now in the Wheels Through Time Museum in North Carolina. www.wheelsthroughtime.com/dale-s-blog/the-belly-tanker.html Pioneer Auto Show, Murdo, South Dakota.
