Newcomer to the series Steve Hobday competing in the 4th race of the 2004 Days of Thunder series at the Rockingham Motor Speedway on the 6th June 2004. Hobday sported a special one-off car for this round, running the number 50 in marking the big appearance of US rapper 50 Cent at the tracks Smash Hits concert that weekend.
